Your authentication is based on our web server interrogating a certificate inserted in a USB port of the terminal being used. Only the bearer of the certificate and associated PIN code can therefore log on.
You can also be authenticated by using a username and password, if necessary, on a terminal (tablet or mobile type) not equipped with a USB port.

- Insert the certificate in a USB port of the terminal being used.
- Enter the PIN code associated with the certificate.

- Enter your username and password in the boxes provided.
